MORNINGS WITH MOMMY VOLUNTEER MEETING:  Amy David is seeking volunteers to assist with Mornings with Mommy sessions this coming school year. You can be any age, any gender, and have little to no experience with children. All you need is heart for sharing Jesus’ love with those who need it! On July 30th, after worship, all interested volunteers will meet in the Community Room to discuss the program in more depth, coordinate roles and schedules, and finalize the learning center space. Please join us!

SENSORY BIN DONATIONS:  Mornings with Mommy is collecting donations to fill sensory bins this coming year. Calvary families are invited to contribute a small box or bag of the following to the sensory bins in the Narthex: White Rice, Pinto Beans, Dry Pasta (any shape but long spaghetti), Small Puzzle Pieces, and Birdseed.

MINISTRY PLANNING MEETING: On Saturday, July 15 at 10:00am.

SUMMER WORSHIP SCHEDULEWill continue through Sunday, August 27
The two-service Sunday schedule will resume the first Sunday in September.
Saturday services are at 6:00pm every Saturday evening.

SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL:  Volunteers are needed to lead the children’s crafts each Sunday this summer. The craft session will be 15 mins from 11:45am -12:00 noon. A sign-up sheet is located on the back table in the Narthex.
EVANGELISM GROUP:  All are welcome to join our Evangelism Group Monday evenings at 7:00pm in the conference room to make visits to the new residents in our area. 

BUNCO NIGHT:  All women are invited to play Bunco, every third Tuesday of the month at 7:00p.m. (Next - July 18) in the Fellowship Hall.  Feel free to bring something salty or sweet to share.

ELDERS' MEETING:  On Thursday, July 20 at 8:00pm.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY: All men are encouraged to join Pastor for Bible Study on Saturday, August 5 at 8:00a.m. Breakfast will be provided. Bring a friend! 

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  All women are encouraged to join us as we continue our study on People of the Reformation, Tuesday Evening, August 8 at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall.

JESUS CARES MINISTRIES:  Encourages those with special needs and their families to meet at Calvary the Second Saturday of the month at 9:00am (Next - August 12) for the opportunity to Worship, share God’s Word and participate in Bible Study. 

SCHOOL ORIENTATION:  Is scheduled for Sunday, August 13.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL:  Is Monday, August 21. School will be dismissed at 12:00 noon.

RALLY DAY AT CALVARY:  Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 27 at 11:00am (No Bible Class). All members are invited to Rally Day at Calvary for food, fun and fellowship.

PRAYER CHAIN:  If you would like to receive emails with prayer requests from our members, please send a note to the church office at to be invited to the Yahoo Group.

We are currently seeking the following items:
     Personal Care Products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and personal hygiene items
     Paper Products: tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels
     Canned Food Products: fruit, tuna, chicken, ham, pasta sauce, pasta (SpaghettiOs/Chef Boyardee Ravioli), chili with bean and without, milk, beef stew, soups, fruit juices, Jelly, Peanut butter
Please DO NOT send in:  Rusty or unlabeled cans, Expired items, Perishable items, Open or used items, Homemade items, Alcoholic beverages or soda
There is a plastic collection bin for your donations located in the church narthex. Or you may bring the items to the food pantry closet across from Pastor Koelpin’s office.
Gift cards to Walmart/Kroger/Tom Thumb in small denominations ($10/$15) to help with perishable food items can be left with Stacey Jackson in the Church office.
