Proclaiming God's Unchanging Word
Since its founding in 1964, Calvary Lutheran Church has preached the good news of Jesus Christ, our Savior from sin. We believe that all are sinners and that Jesus' death and resurrection, not our goodness, save us from our sin. We believe that God communicates his message of love and life through the Bible which is truly God's Word. We believe God shares the gifts Jesus won on the cross through His Word, through Baptism, and through the Lord's Supper.
In an age of shifting and failing standards, we cling to God's clear and unchanging Word without apology.

Lenten Worship - March 10
Join us at Calvary this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. for our Lenten Worship. We will be worshipping on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. throughout the Lenten season with our last Wednesday evening service on March 24. A Soup Supper will be served at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall prior to each Wednesday evening service. You are welcome to bring crackers, cheese, fruits, and dessets for the meals.
Special Voters Meeting - March 28
The voters of Calvary will meet on Sunday, March 28, following the 11:00 a.m. service. The voters will consider the resolution from the School Board and Leadership Council to call a graduate from Martin Luther College to serve as our grade 1-2 teacher following the retirement of Mrs. Hengst at the end of the current school year.
Seminary Choir - April 2
The WELS Seminary Choir will be at Calvary on April 2 for our Good Friday worship at 7:00 p.m. If you have space available in your home to assist with housing on teh evening of April 2, please add your name to the sheet in the church narthex. You may contact Fran Pruitt-Blevins if you have further questions.
6th Annual Men's Retreat - April 16-18
Pastor Mark Zarling, President of Martin Luther College, will lead this year's retreat at Camp Shiloh in east Texas. Participants will enjoy Bible study and fellowship in a beautiful setting on Lake Bob Sandlin. The retreat begins on Friday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. and ends on Sunday, April 18, at 11:00 a.m. The retreat fee is $99 if you register by April 1, and $114 for registrations after April 1.
